Every new colleague joining our company gets a unique opportunity: a one-on-one sit-down with our CEO, Mantas Staliunas, CFA, after their first week. No agenda, no formalities—just a genuine conversation over coffee (or any preferred beverage!). It’s a chance to talk about work, life, first impressions.

For Mantas, this initiative is personal.
